MECKA JOY : FRIDAYS LOOK .....

Today's look of the day is a casual daytime look that can be worn when hitting the trendy shopping capital of L.A, Melrose Blvd. Look fab when having lunch at the Blue Moon Cafe and then hit the blvd for some shopping from the hundreds of unique boutiques such as JoyRich La and Sporty LA.

Happy Saturday ladies!! It's been a hot but beautiful week out here in Los Angeles, so I thought I end the week with my favorite hot looks. There were a few events this week which included the Kids Choice Awards, an AIDS benefit and and The Campaign Premiere that bought out a few of my favorite celebs.
Here our a few of my favs from this weeks red carpet events which includes Rachel Ray's sexy jumpsuit from Roland Mouret‘s Spring 2011 collection, she finished it off with a $498 Almond Tailored blazer from her brand, and a pair of Manolo Blahnik lace pumps.
Short jumpers are a real hot item this summer. I especially love Angela Simmon's $213 Mara Hoffman jumper she wore to the Miami Mercedez Benz Fashion week swim show. Rapper Eve was also seen wearing this hot item at the Uniquely You Summit in Philly.
My last fab fav of the week is Bones star, Tamara Taylor. She was spotted wearing one of my favorite trends, a sheer blouse and a pair of flare trousers. Not digging the haircut as much as the outfit.

Jay-Z was set to be the new spokesperson for Duracell’s powermats, implementing them in his 40/40 club and in the Brooklyn Nets new stadium. Today, we get the commercial of Jigga starring in the commercial for the Powermats.

NEW MUSIC: JOJO "DEMONSTRATE"

Former teen singer Jojo‘s version of Drake’s song, “Marvin’s Room.” Her version flipped the gender prerogative to produce the particularly lyric, When you’re in her I know I’m in your head. Much of the magic of “Marvin’s Room,” be it her version or Drake’s, came from its producer Noah “40″ Shebib. It’s great news that he’s now officially collaborated with Jojo on new song, “Demonstrate.”
