But this time she headed to Vegas with her girl Lala for a Halloween inspired birthday bash.CiCi took a page out of her idol Halle Berry's book and dressed up as Storm. She and sailor chick LaLa hit up Club Haze in Vegas for another birthday celebration for Ci.
